The X3non File Distribution is a website designed to allow its users to upload content for others to download.In the past few days, the upload system has been upgraded to allow for files of up to 500MB in size (thanks to Matthew)! In addition, backend upgrades have fixed some of the more annoying bugs users may have experienced.
There has been a lack of news and changes for the past few months because we have been busy with other projects and obligations, and haven't had much of a chance to work on the site. Over the holidays I hope to be able to spend some of my free time completing a beta version of the simple theme, so there should be some significant changes taking place over the next few weeks. The first wave of updates went up today which includes a ported over version of the download page, so you can now download files from within the simple theme. Not all the viewing features have been implemented and there are quite a few bugs, so please be patient as these issues are worked on. The next page to be brought over will be the friend file manager.
Some more bug fixes have been made across the board, look for these things to continue as the week progresses.
New feature: File Editing! Now, if you go to the settings page for a previously uploaded file, you may see a button labeled "Edit This File." Clicking this button will present you with an editor, complete with syntax highlighting.
Supported extensions include: .css .html .js .php .txt
EDIT: I forgot to mention it, but we've also implemented a large number of bug fixes! Expect this sort of thing for the next few days.
